La Conciergerie

Price for 14 persons, per week 3 200 € + taxes de séjour 2.10 €/pers

Out of season you can rent the Conciergerie for 600 € a night, (minimum 2 nights)

Description: A detached house comprising:
On the ground-floor
a 60 m2 salon with fireplace
an indoor heated swimming pool
a kitchen with dish-washer, microwave etc.
a laundry with washing-machine and dryer
a small salon with TV corner and a fireplace
entrance
telephone and 3 TVs

On the first floor
4 bedrooms with double beds
3 bedrooms with 2 single beds
2 bathrooms with bath and wc
1 bathroom with shower and wc
sleeping for 14 persons

A small garden
2 tables with chairs
barbecue
area with sun loungers

Sheets and towels are included, (changed on Saturday),
housekeeping Monday through Saturday (excluding the kitchen)

Optional extras;
Clean sheets 10 euros per bed
Towels 5 € a set
Firewood 10 € for a 40litre sack
