La Cité de l'Océan et du Surf

Inaugurated on the 26th of June 2011, the Cité de l'Ocean et du Surf (the Ocean and Surf Center) is a science museum and exhibition center dedicated to surfing, the ocean and their roles in leisure, science and ecology.

The museum aims to raise awareness of the important part the ocean plays in our eco-system and of the vital need to protect our oceanic environment.

In July and August the center is open from 9h30 to midnight.
