The Nivelle is a river about 40km long which has its source at Mount Alkurruntz in Spain and its mouth in the bay of Saint Jean de Luz after traversing Ainoha, Sare St Pee sur Nivelle and Ciboure.
In certain places fishing for eel, gudgeon, trout, salmon, roach is possible.
