General terms of sale :
Reservations : your reservation may not be considered firm or definitive without confirmation by the hotel and receipt of your deposit.
Deposit : reservations may not be considered firm or definitive without payment of a deposit which will be deductible from the cost of your stay.
Cancellations
Low and mid-season : In case of cancellation or postponement of reservation less than
3 days before the date of arrival,
the amount of the first night will be charged on the credit card left as a reservation guarantee
or be deducted from the sums paid in advance.
High season : In case of cancellation or postponement of reservation less than
7 days before date of arrival,
the amount of the first night will be charged on the credit card left as a reservation guarantee
or be deducted from the sums paid in advance.
The deposit (arrhes) : For bookings of 1 to 3 nights,
the deposit is the equivalent of one night.
For Bookings of more than 3 nights, the deposit is the equivalent of 30% of the
total cost of stay.
Early departure : In the case of interruption or modification
of the stay, the total amount of the intended stay will be charged.
In the case of a prepaid reservation, no refunds will be made for early
departures.
Arrival time : Please inform the reception if you will be arriving late. We do our best to prepare your room as early as possible, which is normally from 15h00.
Departure time : You must leave your room by 11h on the morning of your departure.
