Golf Lessons - Adults - Beginners

INITIATION - 8 hours - 4 x 2h sessions

COURSE AIMS :

In depth introduction to golfing equipment.
Learn the “grip”.
Learn posture and how to address the ball.
Learn to align your body in relation to the target.
Learn to hit the ball.
Learn to add speed to your swing.
Learn to direct the ball.
Learn the basic techniques when using the putter, the irons and the woods.
Play your first round with the PRO.
Learn about golf etiquette.
Learn to choose the right club for the situation.
Learn to calculate your score.
Learn the three point routine :
1. evaluate the situation
2. visualize your shot and address the ball correctly
3. play the shot
Use of video to control and correct your swing.
Program of exercises adapted to your progress.

PREMIER SWING - 4 hours - 2 x 2h00 sessions

Adult : 165 € - under 16 : 130 €

The course aims to introduce the player to :

Equipment.
Grip.
Posture : address the ball.
Body alignment.
Hitting the ball.
Speed in the swing.
Ball direction.
The different technical bases when using the putter, the irons or a wood.

The COURSE

2 x 2h00 sessions

This session is reserved for residents of the Landes (department 40) who want to take up golf.

DISCOVERY - 9 hours - 6 x 1h30 sessions

Adult : 90 € - under 16 : 90 €

We offer two choices :

Beginner sessions: Learn the basics on the practice and the putting green
Course sessions: Practice in real situations on the beginners course with the Pro.

If you have already taken lessons or have already played a bit, but don't yet have a handicap index then this session is for you !

COURSE AIMS :
The Initiation + course starts with a check up of your basic techniques : Grip, posture, alignment. Then the pro will help you to :

Checkup and validate your routine
Work on and improve your swing's rhythm and dynamics.
Work on the principal golf shots :
drive, iron shots, approaches, bunker shots, putting...

The COURSE :

4 x 3hour sessions from Monday to Friday, Wednesday off
Round with the PRO
1 x 9 hole Green fee

FIRST ROUND - 5 hours - 2 x 2h30 sessions

Adult : 165 € - under 16 : 130 €

COURSE AIMS :

Making the right choice of club.
Learn the three point routine :
1. evaluate the situation
2. visualize your shot and address the ball correctly
3. play the shot
Control, correction and reinforce the basic techniques of your golf.

Golf Lessons for Experienced golfers (10h)

IMPROVE YOUR TECHNIQUE - 12 hours - 4 x 3h00 sessions

Adult : 330 € - under 16 : 260 €

SESSION AIMS :
These sessions begin with an individual audit and technical checkup with a video analysis to understand your grip, posture and alignment. Then the instructor will help you to :

Checkup and improve your routine.
Work on and improve your swing rhythm and dynamics.
Work on the principal golf shots :
drive, iron shots, approaches, bunker shots, putting.
Learn an approach to the methodology of autonomous training.

The COURSE

4 x 3H00 sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Round with the PRO
1 x 9 hole Green fee
9h/12h - 14h/17h

WEDGING - 3 hour - 2 x 1h30 sessions

Adult : 99 € - under 16 : 99 €

COURSE AIMS :
The session starts with an audit and checkup of your clubs, after which the instructor will teach you to :

Understand and improve your putting technique, pitching, pitch and roll and bunker shots...
Handle the mechanical and technical aspects of the different situations that occur in golf.

KIDS 6 to 8 - Golf discovery

4 hour course: 4 x 1h00 sessions : 60 €

A playful approach to golf, the swing and putting.
Includes prize giving : "red flag" of the FFG-PGA France.

JUNIOR 9 to 12
6 hour course : 4 x 1h30 sessions : 90 €
Learn the basics : Grip, Posture, Alignment. Get to know and experience different sectors of the game. Self evaluation and scoring on a specially adapted course. Includes prize giving : FFG-PGA France.

TEENAGER 13 to 15
6 hour course : 4 x 1h30 sessions : 90 €
Learn the basics : Grip, Posture, Alignment. Get to know and experience different sectors of the game. Self evaluation and scoring on a specially adapted course. Includes prize giving : FFG-PGA France.

KIDS "blue flag"

6 hour course : 4 x 1h30 sessions : 90 €

Course for children aged 6 to 12 who already have the "red flag".
