WE LOOK AFTER YOU BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE
Before your departure: we give you- All the necessary information about your accomodation.
- A local map to situate your accomodation, with photos.
- A detailed and precise description of your accomodation and the services included.
- If there is any problem with the activities or services booked during your stay, we will do our best to arrange an alternative as soon as is possible.
- You have a single local correspondant to talk to throughout your stay.
- contact our " consumer feedback service " to which we pay great attention.
- contact us in writing and we will propose a fair solution to complaints within 4 weeks of reception of your letter.

APS INSURANCE CUSTOMER PROTECTION

The purpose of the 'Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme' (APS) is to guarantee a continuity of service in the case of a member business failure.
This service guarantee takes the form of provision of alternative benefits similar or equivalent to those
ordered and which are adapted where appropriate to the circumstances or the constraints of the emergency.
This proactive and original system has the advantage of allowing the "client-consumer" to undertake or to
continue his journey or his stay in satisfactory conditions when a travel agent fails.
Details of the guarantee provided by the 'Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme'
> Deposit Guarantee
If for purely technical reasons the 'Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme' cannot honour its guarantee of service, it will refund any deposits paid under contract by the "client-customer" to the member agency.
As of the 1st of January 1997, the 'Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme' (APS) no longer limits the refund total. The Guarantee APS called "Garantie des Fonds Déposés" therefore covers the total amount of funds advanced by the "Client-Customer".
By exceeding the legal limit of insurance coverage and focusing on the provision of substtitute services the 'Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme' (APS) goes beyond mere legal requirements, demonstrating the desire of its members to offer additional protection for its customers..
