The Miramar Residences
Tariff details :
Minimum rental of 5 consecutive nights. Stays of less than 5 nights incur a surcharge of 48 €.
A 10% reduction applies to weeks after the first, except during July and August.
Prices include the rental apartment, furnishings and equipment, water, electricity and heating, sheets and towels, color TV and end of stay cleaning (excepting the kitchen).
Extra charges :

Cancellation and third party insurance : 3,5% of the cost of stay.
Underground Parking : 9.55 € per day.
Extra bed : 8.50 € per day.

Linen :
Bed Linen, sheets and towels are provided and changed once a week. Beds are made when you arrive. Supplementary sheets or towels will be charged.

Studios situated on the 3rd to 8th floors.
All the studios and apartments have access to the Biarritz ThalassoTherapy Institute by lifts.
Studio : Surface 29m² + Loggia 8m². Entrance, cupboard, living room, kitchenette (2 electric burners, fridge). Bathroom, WC. Double bed 140 or 2 single beds 90.
Grand Studio : Surface 40m² + Loggia 8m² : same characteristics as the studios. Kitchenette also has an oven and a dishwasher.
2 Room Apartments + Terrace : Surface 45m² + Terrace 59m². Same characteristics as the above apts. View of the sea. Sleeping : Living room 1 sofa bed. Bedroom : 2 single beds 90.
