MOBILEHOME RENTAL CONDITIONS

1- We accept mobilehome reservations for a minimum stay of one week from Saturday ( Arrivals from 16h00 ) to the following Saturday ( departure no later than 10h00 ) . We also accept reservations for week-ends out of season.

2- The booking fee of 18 is non-refundable.

3- The required reservation deposit, deductible from the total cost of stay, is 25 % of the cost of stay.

4- The cost of stay, less the deposit amount, is payable on arrival ( Cash, cheque, credit or chèques vacances accepted ).

5- An inventory of equipement and state of repair must be signed on arrival. Sheets and pillowcases are not provided.

6- Damage deposit.
. A damage deposit of 300 on arrival. This will be returned to you when you leave, unless there are damages or items missing from the inventory. Missing items or damages and deterioration will be charged to the client at replacement cost.
. A cleaning deposit of 40 is payable on arrival to cover end of stay cleaning costs, if necessary. The rental home must be perfectly clean when you leave. The 40 cleaning deposit will be forfieted if we decide that cleaning is necessary. These deposits will be returned to you when you leave, once any damages or missing items or cleaning have been paid for.

7- Arrivals and departures. The campsite will not be held responsible for late arrivals or early departures. Once you have started your stay at the campsite, the total cost of stay is payable. Late arrivals: if you do not inform the campsite in writing within 24hrs, your reservation will be deemed cancelled and you will remain liable for the full cost of stay as calculated from the dates on your reservation form. We do not accept telephone calls as proof of change of arrival date.

8- Cancellation.
. For cancellations before the 12th of April 2007, 50 % of your deposit will be refunded. The booking fee is non-refundable. After the 12th of April 2007, neither the deposit nor the booking will be refunded.
. Cancellations must be received in writing.

9- Animals are not accepted for mobilhome rentals.

10- Campers must abide by the campsite rules of conduct.

11- Visitors are under the responsability of the camper. Visitors are strictly forbidden access to the swimming pool.
