Biarritz Youth Hostel

In Biarritz, the surfing capital of Europe, the Youth Hostel will make you feel like a privileged guest.
Modern, comfortable, welcoming and friendly, you will have a access to an amazing choice of activities, both sporting and cultural.

Very well located, close to all means of communication, the Hostel is your gateway to the Basque coast and hinterland. Walking and hiking are also part of the program: you are at the foot of the Pyrenees, near Spain. Many pilgrims have a stop at the hostel before attacking the coastal road called "El Camino Frances" that leads to St Jacques de Compostela. In addition, the hostel is located in a protected "Natura 2000" area, beside a lake and close to the new Biarritz Ocean and Surf City, the largest museum in Europe dedicated to surfing and the environment marine.

Accommodation is in rooms of 2 to 4 beds (4 to 12 beds in July / August). For additional security in the rooms, you have an individual lockable cupboard to deposit your valuables. In summer, if you sleep in a dorm, you can use lockers (padlocks are on sale at reception).

This hostel caters only to members aged over 18.

June 15 to September 15, the hostel is not suitable for accommodating families.
